We booked 2 days in advance for 7 nights and got a room. The room was clean and furniture was in top shape. We decided to stay for an additional night and the staff was very accomodating. We only had the breakfast once in 8 days because there wasn’t enough tables to accomodate all the guests. The room was kept clean and we didn’t have to ask them for any clean towels, sheets, etc. The pool was nice and the spa was very relaxing. But best of all was the desk staff, especially Stephanie. They brought us a bottle of wine when they found out it was our anniversary. I don’t know how the rest of the hotels in the Dells are, but for the price, this is the place to stay….again and again.

This is a perfectly fine hotel if you are not looking for anything special. It was clean, comfortable and spacious, it had everything I was looking for. I enjoyed the continental breakfast but the serving and dining area was very crowded most of the time.
Most of the staff was polite and helpful, with the exception of the late night front desk clerk. (10:00pm) He could not supply us with an extra pillow or sheet for our 5th guest who was included in my reservation.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and reasonably priced (especially with the coupon from the roadside coupon magazines), what more could you ask for? They have an indoor pool/kiddie rec pool/hot tub onsite, but they also gave us passes for the water park at the Chula Vista, a few miles up the road. Breakfast was a little crowded, but that’s because the food was good and plentiful, and they were responsive if you needed something. We will use this chain again.

Hotel itself is clean. Staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful. Had the suite upstairs and it is roomy. The king bed, though, is quite firm. We had trouble sleeping in it. The pull out couch was easier to sleep in (somewhat softer mattress). Breakfast downstairs has a good amount of food.

Stayed for business, so did not get to pick the hotel. I found the hotel to be clean and inexpensive. The complimentary breakfast was perfect for a quick bite. There was also a complimentary dinner, I do not know if this is normal. Included pizza and a few side dishes, nothing fancy but a nice touch. There is a small bar by the pool, which I was very happy to see after the long drive.
The room was clean, but there is a limited amount of channels on the tv and the mattress was very firm.
I would stay here again if I return to the Wisconsin Dells, it is a good location right off the highway and near many restaurants and shopping areas.

Wifey & I stayed here for a quick getaway with friends. Great rate, clean, friendly staff.
Has a nice little bar with pizza and appitizers.
The pool and whirlpool was a nice treat after a long day on the Harleys.
The only complaint was the bed was a little to firm.

We usually stay at the bigger waterparks, but we decided to check out this hotel last summer. The rooms were clean and they had pretty quick internet. We didn’t get to check out the pool, but it looked nice nothing special though with any big slides. They had good free breakfast served in the morning and lots of close parking.
